Thank you for shopping with JB Adorn. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on our website.


Shipping Information:

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. 

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Standard Shipping: $10 Australia-wide
(Delivery: 4–6 business days. Regional areas allow up to 7 days)

Express shipping: $15 Australia-wide
(Delivery: 1–3 business days)

If you're not home at the time of delivery, your local postal service will leave a collection slip with pickup instructions.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges on defective items if your return is lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in original condition with all packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@jbadorn.com with the following details:

~ Full name

~ Order number

~ Email address used at checkout

~ Reason for return

~ Whether you’d prefer a credit or exchange


Important Notes

We can not accept returns on earrings (due to hygiene reasons), gift cards or sale items.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.

If requesting an exchange, please include a pre-paid return satchel addressed to yourself

Returns are processed within 2-5 business days once received and approved.
