Warranty
We stand by the quality of every JB Adorn piece because jewellery is made to be worn and should last.
All JB Adorn pieces come with a 180-day manufacturing warranty, covering any faults related to the production process. This includes:
~ fading
~ loose inserts
~ breakages
Your warranty begins on the date of purchase.
What’s not covered under warranty:
Our warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidents, or general wear and tear. This includes:
~ Lost items
~ Stretched, bent or broken chains or links
~ Bent rings or misshapen jewellery due to pressure or impact
~ Scratches, dents, or chipped surfaces
~ Damage from exposure to extremely harsh chemicals (like chlorine or cleaning agents)
~ Broken clasps or earring posts caused by mishandling
~ Alterations or repairs not done by JB Adorn.
How to make a warranty claim:
To lodge a claim, please email us at support@jbadorn.com with the following:
~ Your full name
~ Order number
~ Email and phone number used at purchase
~ A brief description of the fault
~ Clear photo or video showing the issue (we’re unable to assess claims without this)
